Give them something great - 'Values'

I was observing him today when he was writing something in the book, suddenly a thought hit my mind that My six year old little one is no longer a little one. He is growing daily and day by day I can see changes in him. But question arises day by day am I feeding him well?



Feed Mind and body equally
We give our baby vitamin rich and nutritious food. Good food always keeps your baby healthy but what else he needs to keep his mind healthy. It's time to think that not only feeding stomach is important but your mind should be equally healthy to deal with the worst in the world.

Healthy Mind make right choices

When it comes to our brain we learnt from ages that eating Almonds, walnuts, Broccoli and avacado can boost your brain. I am definitely not a nutritionist but the best diet can make his brain sharp but how to make his mind and soul healthy and peaceful. His thought process should be focused and diffused. This happens by feeding your baby's mind with healthy values and good manners. A perfect nurture at the childhood develops the child's individuality and decision making power. Meditation is the best practice for a healthy mind. It can be started initially by playing peaceful music to concentrate.

Environment with a greater Role

 The effect of environment on development of child cannot be understated, and this includes the physical surroundings they are raised in. If your living environment is noisy and filled with aggression, your child's personality can be affected. This is a major aspect which can contribute to the personality of the child.

Values at its best

Teaching kids has gone long way now they are watching us and learning so we have to behave well and give them a better exposure to Life. Show them the importance of kindness, Friendship, Helping others, Honour the elders and Love for our fellow beings. Nurturing moral values is not easy. We need to encourage them to express themselves more and make them understand others feelings. It's difficult but we just need to intend and progress will happen with time.

Making your loved ones Happy is easy compared to making yourself Happy. Yes you read it right!! It's not easy to make your little Happy. If you find Happiness in other's Happiness then it's great but it's something good to say but you should organically feel that Happiness then only it matters.
